4MW biomass power plant boiler in Malaysia

1. Thermal system:

2. Fuel supply system:

 

Mainly used for the preparation of coal and coal handling systems: submersible sewage pump, reciprocating or vibrating feeder, coal conveyor belt conveyor, bucket elevator, vibrating screen, electromagnetic iron remover, ring hammer crusher, electronic belt scale, furnace Front coal feeder, coal bunker, coal gate, electro-hydraulic double pear unloader, electric hoist, manual monorail trolley, chain chain hoist, etc.

 

3. Dust removal and ash conveying system

 

Including; bag filter, ash conveying equipment, air compression system

 

4. Desulfurization and denitration system

 

Wet desulfurization or dry desulfurization, including in-furnace denitration SNCR, off-gas denitration SNCR, required to emit flue gas in line with GB13271-2014 "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standard"

 

5, slag, slag system

 

Including heavy-duty frame chain slag remover, transport slag belt conveyor.

 

6, electrical and instrument control system

 

Including: DCS system or PLC control or general control, drum water level industrial TV monitoring.
