The boiler evaporation is generally less than 20 tons / hour (t / h), the working pressure is less than 2.5 megapascals (MPa). The high-temperature flue gas enters the rear convection flue from the right exit of the furnace, flows in an S shape along the two smoke-proof walls, flushes the convection tube bundle laterally, and then flows through the economizer from the left side of the furnace wall, and is discharged by the induced draft fan and the chimney. .

The convection tube bundle rises and returns to the upper drum to form a circulation; the other part is that the water of the water wall tube around the furnace rises to the upper drum, and the descending pipe drawn from the lower drum supplies water to the water wall pipe through the headers to form a water circulation. .

    The double vertical tube water tube boiler can be divided into D shape and KB shape according to its structural characteristics. The D-shaped structural feature is that the furnace is arranged on one side of the double vertical drum and the other side is a convection flue. And the KB-shaped structure is characterized in that the furnace is arranged in the center of the double vertical drum, because the lower drum is shorter than the upper pot, the empty space is just arranged for the furnace, and the rear is a convection flue.

    Advantages of the double vertical drum (D-shaped) water tube boiler: the upper and lower vertical pots have large water capacity and good adaptability to load changes; the convection tube bundles are curved water pipes, and the structure is flexible; the furnace is narrow and long, suitable for using a mechanical furnace Rows, high thermal efficiency.
