Safety configuration of ZBG oil and gas boiler
The basis of long-term, stable and economic operation of the boiler is safety performance. The ZBG oil and gas dual-purpose boiler adopts a complex configuration of various installation devices to ensure the absolute safety of the boiler operation.
1. Body water level alarm and protection: the boiler body water level detection sensor does not detect water pouring, stop water supply and shut down the burner;
2. Overpressure controller alarm and protection: The boiler overpressure controller detects that the pressure is too high, and stops the burner and the make-up pump;
3. The water level is extremely low alarm and protection: the fourth probe of the boiler water level alarm does not detect water, stop the make-up water pump and the burner, and it is necessary to manually operate the face to force the hydration;
4. Probe water level super high alarm and protection: water is detected in the super high water level; stop the water pump and the combustion machine;
5. Pressure transmitter overpressure alarm and protection: the pressure transmitter detects that the pressure value exceeds the set pressure overpressure value, stops the make-up pump and the burner;
6. Pressure transmitter failure: When the current of the pressure transmitter is detected to be lower than 4 mA or greater than 20 mA, the water pump and the burner are stopped;
7. Water level super high alarm and protection: the water level value detected by the water level transmitter exceeds the upper limit of water level setting; stop the water pump and burner;
8. Water level sensor failure: When the current of the water level transmitter is detected to be lower than 4 mA or greater than 20 mA, the water pump and the burner are stopped;
9. Exhaust gas temperature over-temperature protection: During the system operation, when the actual exhaust gas temperature exceeds the set flue over-temperature, the programmable controller "flue over-temperature fault" sound and light alarm indication, interlocking off combustion Machine, not interlocking make-up pump;
10. Exhaust gas temperature sensor failure: the current of the smoke temperature transmitter is detected to be lower than 4mA or greater than 20mA; the water pump and the burner are not stopped, only the sound and light alarm;
11. Inverter fault: Inverter alarm, see the inverter fault description in the alarm screen or view the inverter fault code, and sound and light alarm;
12. Combustion and flameout failure protection: If the burner cannot be properly ignited due to various reasons or there is a flameout during the combustion process, the programmable controller “extinguishes the fault” sound and light alarm indication, interlocking to close the burner equipment;
13. Scale fault identification and alarm: During the operation of the system, if the scale in the furnace is detected, the alarm prompt is displayed. At this point the system will still work.
